"26.2 Miles of Running Heaven™"

HMBIM Race organizers are working with local authorities to adjust the course to improve the athlete's experience. The 2016 Event will feature a gorgeous 26.2 course laid out along the Northern California coastline, for a breathtaking experience. Updates will be posted as soon as the final course if finalized, but the information below provides a glimpse of the beauty of the past events running the HMBIM which will be largely the same course.

Full Marathon Course

The HMBIM Full Marathon course will be USATF Certified and will serve as a Boston Qualifier.

The Full Marathon's unique course offers amazing views from bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean at various locations. For locals, it's an opportunity to bask in the beauty we are privileged to live near; for visitors, it will take your breath away. The choice of this course delivers possibly the most breathtaking 26.2 miles anywhere in the world.

Half Marathon Course

The Half Marathon course is almost completely flat with relatively no elevation gain or hills on the entire course, making for a PR opportunity.
